Every material responds to microwave energy differently. Turning that physics into a repeatable industrial process takes material science, electromagnetic and thermal modelling, and control engineering, not just an enclosure with a power source in it.

Every material is different.

A material's dielectric properties, how strongly it couples to microwave energy, change with its composition, its moisture content, and its temperature. Two materials that look alike on a datasheet can behave completely differently under the same field.

That is why a generic microwave enclosure does not guarantee a working process. Ours starts from a measurement of the real material, not an assumption about it.

How we build a process.

Microwave physics

Electromagnetic energy couples directly into polar molecules, most often the water or solvent inside a product, causing them to heat volumetrically rather than waiting for heat to conduct in from a hot surface or a hot gas stream.

Material characterisation

Every process starts with a measurement, not a catalogue entry. We characterise how the real material, at its real moisture and its real composition, responds to the field before we design anything around it.

Process & equipment design

The applicator geometry, the power delivery, and the way material moves through the field are engineered around what the characterisation shows, not fitted to it after the fact.

Electromagnetic & thermal modelling

Simulation predicts how energy will distribute through the real product geometry and loading before a single part is built. It's the same model that carries the process from a laboratory measurement to an installed line.

Monitoring & real-time control

Sensors and closed-loop control adjust power in milliseconds, following the feed rather than a fixed setpoint: instant on, instant off, with no warm-up and no thermal mass to move.
