Enhancing breads by combining the highest quality Brewer's Spent Grains (BSG) and 140 years of experience in the baking industry. Groupe Minoteries SA (GMSA), the 2nd larges mill in switzerland is producing and distributing the flours for Swiss bakeries.

Taste & Texture

Working with upcycled ingredients can be a challenge. Not anymore. Perfecting the two most important steps for high quality flours, the drying and the milling are meticulously matched to each other.

Incorporating our upcylced flours boosts the fiber content of traditional baguettes 100%. The enhanced baguette is NOW rich in Protein and a source of fiber, perfect for a healthy diet.

Using by-products from a different industry (breweries) means an important step toward a more circular future. By substituting parts of other grain, we can save 25L of water and 300cm2 with every "Pain'te Baguette"
